Disclosure of your Information

We may disclose your personal information to any subsidiary or holding company of the 3rd Legacy Motorcycle Club. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties for the following reasons:

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

If The Club or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by The Club will be one of the transferred assets.

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Club, our members, or others.

Where we receive a complaint from a third party that any contribution made by you is defamatory, or infringes their copyright or other intellectual property rights and we are requested to disclose your personal data (address, proper name, and telephone number) to them to enable them to make contact with you direct in order to pursue their complaint. It shall not be necessary for us to verify truthfulness of the complaint before we disclose this information, but we will endeavour to notify you of the complaint as soon as reasonably practical.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

Whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes.

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing us at itops@3rdLegacy.org.

Save as otherwise stated in this Policy, we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of your information we have on file, please email The Club to find out how to receive this data and the related fee amount.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
